Order and Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are not refundable
Buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returning duties and taxes that maybe incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Duties and taxes that may incurred will be responsible of the buyer
Refusal of Shipment. When buyer made a legitimate order but then changed mind and refused the package, we will not issue a refund. Customer will be charged to have product reshipped back to buyer.
When buyer do not supply a correct address, it will be charged the full amount for a shipping adjustment or the package will be on hold awaiting further instructions from buyer, but we will not refund the merchandise.
***PLEASE NOTE: For order 12 boxes and above we shall ship the goods via TNT service when possible with the following conditions: A. after we get confirmation and approval from TNT DG dept.; B. when we think that TNT service may not delay receipt of the goods in the respective recipient country. Please note that in some countries TNT shipment may be troublesome and receipt may be longer due to strict customs inspections; if this is the condition we shall ship the package via EMS
